A typical build runs six to nine months from foundation to walkthrough, weather permitting. Delays are usually inspections, weather and supplier lead times, and we flag them in writing when they come up. You get target dates with the estimate.
Yes. We coordinate the plans with your architect or draw them in-house, pull the permits with the town and schedule every inspection. You get a copy of the approved plans and every inspection sign off with the project file.
You can. Every change gets a written change order with the cost and the schedule impact before we do it. Verbal changes on the job site are the number one reason budgets blow up, so we do not accept them.
Both. If you have an architect, we build to their prints and coordinate directly with them. If you do not, we can draw the plans or bring in a draftsman before permit submission. You are not stuck if you do not have plans yet.
