Ten Years of Hands-On Building
Behind MZR Construction Inc is ten years of hands-on work in Massachusetts homes, run out of Fall River. The company was built around residential construction, not around one single trade. That decision shapes how projects run today, because framing, roofing, siding and finish work stay in the same hands.
MZR Construction Inc works in Massachusetts on projects of different sizes. A deck repair and a new residential build both go through the same estimate and approval process. Larger projects, such as home additions or full roofing replacements, simply carry more stages, more permits and a longer written timeline.
The current focus stays on residential work in Massachusetts. Every project begins with a free written estimate that lists scope, materials and price. Nothing starts until the homeowner approves those numbers. Crews work Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and the office answers during those hours.
